Chamakkatt Herbal Products was incorporated in the year 2002 at Thrissur, Kerala. Mr. C. L. Chacko is the CEO of the company under whose leadership we have been constantly achieving new heights in the market. Chamakkatt Herbal Products is situated in 1.5 acres of land with a build up area of 5000 sq.ft at Kuruvilassery village of Thrissur district of Kerala state in India, located about 20kms away from Kochi International airport and 45kms away from proposed Vallarpadam container terminal project.

Chamakkatt Herbal Products is one of the good herbal medicine manufacturing units in India, which is owned by a woman. Mrs. Sherly Chackochan is the proprietress of the firm. It has got a sound professional team of doctors, Traditional vaidyiers and other technically skilled staffs as well. Its CEO, Mr.C.L.Chackochan is having sound knowledge in quality control activities since he has got 23 years of experience in Quality Assurance Department in a multi national company in Saudi Arabia.

The company is a GMP certified, ISO9001 – 2000 certified and Consumer Protection, Kerala certified as well. Its production mainly goes to Indian Naval Base Canteen at Kochi, other parts of Kerala and other states of India. Recently, it has made a business tie up with M/s R.K.Pharma in Singapore for its sugar free cough syrup.

Most of the raw materials required for production are available from in and around of the state. Green herbs and roots are purchased from local farmers and company has a plan to cultivate medicinal plants for its requirements within a span of two years.

Traditional Ayurvedic medicines and patented products are being manufactured in the company and it has got license to manufacture about 400 items of medicines. The company has got an enthusiastic staff in and out of the factory to carry out day to day activities.

The vision of the company is to make available genuine and pure natural medicines at competitive price to the mankind, in compliance with international standards. This differentiates Chamakkatt from others. Its path towards an energetic and healthy world is just beyond hopes.
